Jessica is a registered Occupational Therapist who has over 15 years' experience. Jessica commenced her career in the clinical setting practicing soft tissue therapy and ergonomics. This formed a strong foundation for her transition to workplace rehabilitation.

 The majority of Jessica's work experience has been in employer-based rehabilitation. This comprised primarily of case management and return to work services across the private sector including a national role with a resources logistics company. Working across both WorkCover WA and Comcare legislation in these roles has contributed to her broad knowledge and diverse skill set.

Most recently, Jessica worked in the higher education sector completing case management for employees both within and external to the workers’ compensation system. In this role, she also worked to identify and implement injury prevention initiatives including workplace ergonomics and completed training in mediation.

Jessica’s passion lies in supporting injured employees throughout their recovery and return to work journey. She values close working relationships and open communication with recovering workers, employers, insurers, medical providers and treating health professionals to ensure optimal outcomes are achieved. She combines knowledge with empathy, and her strategic mindset drives her commitment to success.
