Cancellation Policy

At least 24 hours notice must be given to cancel a booked appointment.

Booked appointments cancelled within 24 hours of the appointment time may incur a cancellation fee equating to 50% of the anticipated appointment duration. Charging of this fee is at the discretion of Fluid Workplace Rehabilitation.

Booked appointments involving an external contractor to Fluid Workplace Rehabilitation cancelled within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment time will incur a cancellation fee equating to 75% of the anticipated appointment duration.
